This can be done in a custom game, or can be done over time through natural gameplay.
10 Create a station
20 Start to create an outgoing track
30 Hit up on the dpad until the track turns purple(signifying a bridge will be built)
40 Create another track point a bit further away
50 Hit down on the dpad until the track turns white
60 Go to 30 until you run out of money/track length/patience
70 "execute planning"
Repeat until you build a hundred bridges.
