How to unlock the Max Power achievement in Railway Empire 2 - Definitive Guide

  • Start a custom game, preferably on a large map, though it doesn't ultimately matter too much.
  • Once in the game, purchase a property, something cheap like a logging camp. This can be done with the "buy buildings" icon in the top left of the pane when the building is selected.
  • Once bought, select "resize industry" and change the building level all the way to level 5, and confirm it.
  • Achievement Unlocked!
**This achievement took a little while to unlock after this for me, but it popped approximately 30 minutes later**
