At each station, you can have up to 8 tracks run through it. Each subsequent track costs more and more than the last one did. So having all 8 can be relatively expensive for normal gameplay.
However, you can simply launch a custom game, build your first station, and simply place your track starting at the furthest platform away from the station. This will auto-populate to the maximum amount of tracks and set you back $350k for the platforms alone!
However, the achievement will pop shortly afterward!

Note that the 8 tracks need to be connected at both sides of the station. I had 8 tracks coming into a station, no cheevo. When I added 8 short outgoing tracks, it popped instantly
