How to unlock the Unstoppable achievement in Railway Empire 2 - Definitive Guide
I figured I would provide some tips and all mission objectives with breaks to denote the phases of the mission in order to make this easier for those trying to beat this mission. First, know that your main source of revenue is probably going to be passenger trains from one town/city over. Second, grab the yarn property at Dumont Rest as soon as possible. Having the weaving mills and later on the fashion industry at Brussels made that property amazingly profitable.
Jun 1890: Achieve an express line between Paris and Lille.
Dec 1890: Buy the small private route Champagne De La Tramway
Dec 1890: Make 7 different goods available in Paris at the same time.
So what I did here was rush to connect Lille and several rural businesses in order to satisfy those objectives and work back up to enough to purchase the private line. Not too tough but does require some speed.

Jun 1891: Construct market hall and restraunt at station in Brussels
Dec 1891: Reach 65,000 citizens in Belgium and Luxembourg region.
Dec 1891: Have a balance of 150,000 coins per week
The tough part about this one is the balance per week. You can lower your workers pay and extend your network to new towns and cities in order to have more passenger trains feeding you currency. Brussels and Luxembourg will become hubs for major traffic later on in the mission so keep that in mind when connecting rail lines.

Jun 1892: Achieve an express status line between Paris and Strasbourg
Dec 1892: Provide in 6 cities train connections with express status
Dec 1892: Make 9 different goods available in Brussels at the same time.
The thing to note here is that just because you have an express line it does not necessarily mean you have express status. If your check your routes from the radial menu, the lightning bolt symbol must be lit in order to have express status. Brussels needs to have a decent sized population to even have the need for 9 goods. It would be a good idea to have a steel mill in one of your towns as the next set of objectives requires tools for Paris. You may also want to start growing Paris' population as it will need 85,000 for Tools to be a city need. Try and have 200,000 coins ready for the next set of objectives.

Jun 1894: Achieve express status on a rail line between Paris, Rheims and Frankfurt.
Jun 1894: Provide in 12 cities train connections with express status.
Jun 1894: Deliver 4 loads of tools to Paris
When these objectives begin, you will lose some of your money and automatically buy up one of your German competitors. I do not know what will happen if you don't have the money for it but you should with all those express lines. Again, having express routes does not necessarily count as express status so make sure they have express status. You will need a population of 85,000 in order to complete the objective for tools in Paris. Save some money and start buying stock in Madam C.J. Ward's company as the next set of objectives have you buying her company.

Jun 1895: Buy Madam C.J. Ward's company
Jun 1895: Connect 21 cities to your rail network
Jun 1895: Achieve an express status rail line between Paris, Frankfurt and Berlin.
Buying the Madam's company as soon as possible will provide you with ready made lines in the Berlin area which can be connected to your lines. You should try as soon as possible to get that express line going as it takes a bit to get express status between the 3 cities.

Dec 1896: Connect 1,000,000 citizens to your rail network.
Dec 1896: Make 7 different goods available in Eydtkunen at the same time.
Dec 1896: Achieve an express status between Paris, Berlin and Eydtkuhnen.
These are the last objectives for the mission. Connect the last few cities to your rail network and keep the growth rolling in several cities and you should easily get 1,000,000 citizens. Getting that express status may take a while so get the express line between those cities up as soon as possible. When the objectives are complete, you should get a notification along with a video followed by a score for the level. It may take a minute after you get your final score to get the achievement and if you have been playing the campaign missions in order, this should also unlock the Track to the Future achievement.

"Thankfully the game forces Paris to have a need for tools even if the population wouldn't normally be high enough."
Would flag that this didn't happen for me, although I'd built Tools factory in Paris on the assumption that Tools built there would count as "delivered". Which they did, but the goal didn't get fulfilled until the population hit 85,000, the level required for a city to have a demand for Tools.
