How to unlock the Break the Game achievement in Rain on Your Parade - Definitive Guide

This is completed in the 50th level, appropriately named "Level 50".

Simply spawn and go up and to the left until you find a floating box with the name Dane on it. After the dialog blast his computer with lightning and you will be forced to the start menu where the achievement will pop.

If you're playing on PC just a quick note that the game will force close itself after messing with the computer instead of bringing you to the main menu, so you'll need to relaunch the game.

If you are playing on xbox for PC it will shut down the game instead of sending you to the start menu.

After completing the Parade level, there is a ????? level next to it. Start this level and you will be in a sort of office space dedicated to the devs. Head to the top left into Dane's office and use your tornado. The game will kick you out back to the main menu for your achievement.
