For this achievement, you've just gotta make like Corey Hart and wear your sunglasses at night.
To unlock the sunglasses, just soak all the hoomans on Beach while avoiding the sun. To don the sunglasses, go back to the hub, press view (
) to go into your home. Go to Decor and switch to Sunglasses in Accessories. 
to confirm, then back out to the hub.
Work your way up to Spoopy Forest Road, which is the level

First you have to complete the beach level to get the sunglasses, equip them, continue through the levels and after getting the thunder you will unlock it at the next level.

After completing the Beach level's objectives, you will unlock the sunglasses accessory. Equip it and head to the Spoopy Forest Road level. Your achievement should pop once you start the level.
