Another one you can't miss in story mode. You need to reach another theatre level (red curtain, pair of pillars in front), specifically "Thunder Theatre", immediately after "The Bowels of Mt Dryspell" which itself is at the end of the second city-block collection of levels.
Open the level, and the achievement pops. Try out your new ability on the hoomans on stage!

This is unlocked by progressing through the game and completing Tornado Theater. You will unlock the Tornado ability.
