The achievement is glitchy. Collected all 16 spheres, the achievement was not given. Although they did charge for collection in certain locations. I replayed it again, the same thing, I even decided to use the guide. I started on a new save, deleted the game, rebooted the console. I've already done it 4 times and still nothing. I hope there will be a solution. English-speaking guys have already written to the developers.

The trophy is not glitchy, it only drops when all the orbs are not distributed among the perks, if you don’t get it, just check the orbs on the perks and remove them. The most important thing is that they need to be collected all in order. Tested on PS4 and PS5.

The latest patch removed the glitch for obtaining spheres. There are no problems getting the achievement.

There are no bugs in the PS5 version of the game, the spheres are located in the same places and trophies for collecting them drop in a timely manner, you don’t have to worry and use the video guide attached above.

If you missed something, you can collect it after beating the game using level select. However, it is not necessary to collect all the spheres from the very beginning of the level.
Thus, I collected 4 and 5 orbs in Hiranya Nagari and received the achievement for collecting orbs in the level, for collecting common orbs and platinum.
