This is a game completion achievement, and can not be missed. Once you have completed the Forbidden mine level the achievement should unlock, as with all the others that say "Complete..."

Story related and cannot be missed.

This will unlock after you complete level 3.

Complete the third level in the mountain caves. At the end you will need to play a kind of golf by hitting the bell above Bad Bill's head. Combine the force of the impact with adjusting the flight range as the launched beetle flies.
