Game is not very hard on hard mode. First just upgrade your gun capacity so you can smash the trigger and kill enemies quicker. Health upgrade too. Just pick up health every time you come across it. I didn't die once with the cause no health because of enemy damage so you shouldn't struggle.

When the game begins, make sure to select HARD difficulty from the choices. To be honest, HARD is actually very easy, so it's best to just start on it as the difficulty trophies stack, so you will also get Hero Of Dirt along with this one. Once you finish the game on Hard difficulty, the trophy will pop!
