Pretty self explanatory.
You can easily get this one on the first level after you get the gun. Just hold LB to enter manual aim and press RT to shoot cockroaches and other enemies. You have infinite bullets so go like Rambo on them.

Just a side note: this has to be done all in the same level. It will not pop for 20 cumulative across multiple levels.

To manually aim, you must hold down the 
button and then press the 
button to fire. You must kill the enemy you are aiming at with a manually aimed shot for it to count. Rinse and repeat 20 times and the trophy will pop!

To manual aim, hold down 
and then aim at an enemy and shoot them. It is best to kill cockroaches because they die in 1-2 hits. You will have plenty of good opportunities to get this easily so there is no need to go out of your way to get the kills.
