How to unlock the Fleet-Footed achievement in Rare Replay - Definitive Guide
1. Jet-pac Snapshot 3 : Just a minute - Assemble the rocket, fill with fuel and blast off in 60secs.
Not too difficult, try and grab the parts/fuel and drop them directly onto the ship to save time as only a single fuel can show on screen at a time.
2. Attic-Attack Snapshot 3 : All your Basement - Vist every room in the basement as quickly as possible.
Grab the Yellow red and green keys and visit all 22 rooms, rather simple just keep an eye out for enemies and make use of this excellent map by Pavero and modified by https://www.trueachievements.com/Darkened+Night.htm
3. Lunar Jetpac snapshot 2: Pothole Plugging - Travel 15m in the rover over potholes
2 ways of doing this, either get out of the rover and place the bridges to drive across safely or use a 'cheat' to jump the rover across. if you get in and out of the rover quickly it shifts forward a bit at a time. It takes longer than the bridges but is simpler.
4. Solar Jetpac snapshot 2: Fuel Crisis - Use your boost to tow 3 fuel pods to the mothership in 90 secs.
Use boost to travel up as the fuel is heavy also make use of the shield on the return trip.
5. R.C. PRO-AM Snapshot 1: Ammo Amass - Collect all 28 stars before the race ends.
There are 4 laps which you do not need to complete, the only stipulation is to collect the stars so feel free to go back on yourselves to collect a star on the opposite side of the track.
One of the Easier Playlists overall since my video recording and editing skills are terrible and all the snapshots have been done in the other achievement guides check these out if you are struggling.

Challenge 2 is one of the more interesting challenges. Right off the bat pick up green, yellow and red keys. You need to enter as many rooms within the time limit as possible. But you also can fail if you fall down a hole or leave the basement through areas set up like a stairs. Those you need to avoid at all costs here.
Challenge 3 is an easy challenge for this set. What you need is pick up platforms to cover the damaged parts of the ground. You need to travel until you hit 15 meters. Thankfully, there's little to no enemies here. If you move your rower close by areas you'll need to put something over will help speed up the process.
Challenge 4 is a bit tricky to pull off. You need to bring three Fuel items to your ship. There's absolutely no enemies to worry about. But the damage detection can differ making some hits to the walls worse than others. The items are near the bottom while your ship is parked nearby on the top of this area. One more thing, holding X makes doing turns a bit easier.
Challenge 5 is simply collect 28 stars during a race. Do not worry about finishing the race. You do need to move quickly to collect em before the race ends. The locations of some these stars will likely throw you off. Thankfully, the other racers aren't focus on attacking you. This ends up not being that hard with everything considered. Just remember the race itself is the time limit you have to complete it.
Alongside the full games, each pre-N64 game in Rare Replay has five standalone 'snapshot' challenges available to attempt; this concept is taken a stage further by a set of six 'playlists,' collecting together five achievements that share a particular theme. theme. To complete each playlist, you'll need to complete each set of snapshots in sequence without failing more than twice across the whole set.
For this achievement, you'll need to complete the 'Relay Racing' playlist, for which each snapshot requires you to complete a timed challenge. The snapshots are as follows:
1. Jetpac: Just a Minute
Assemble your rocket, fuel up and blast off… within 60 seconds!
60 seconds is quite tight for this snapshot, in which you have to build your rocket, fill it with fuel and then take off (by entering the rocket). Building your rocket quickly is particularly important, as while the rocket parts are in pre-set locations, there's some randomisation in when and where the fuel drops so you may find yourself having to wait a few seconds after using one fuel tank before the next will appear. The key thing that'll see you succeeding here is dropping the rocket parts and fuel from as low an altitude as possible, as Jetman can fall much faster than parts/fuel will fall once dropped, saving precious seconds.
2. Atic Atac: All Your Basement
Visit every room in the basement as quickly as possible.
The world map here (link) will be your friend for this snapshot. Starting from the middle room of the basement (marked as B on the map), you need to visit all rooms of the basement. As the knight, you can use the secret passage through the clock to visit the top-right room and ignore the red key, simply picking up the three other coloured keys at the start of the snapshot.
3. Lunar Jetman: Pothole Plugging
Use supplied from your Rover to plug the holes and travel forward 15m. No lasers allowed!!
Your objective here is simply to travel to the right 15 metres in your rover, with no enemies to avoid. The only hindrance comes from holes in the ground that your rover can't pass over, which you'll to repair to progress. To do so, leave your rover and press to collect a repair platform, then again to drop it once Jetman's above the hole. Now you can re-enter your rover and continue until you reach the next hole, or eventually your 15 metre goal. You can of course repair more than one hole before re-entering your rover if you prefer.
4. Solar Jetman: Hunt for the Golden Warpship: Fuel Crisis
Use your boost to tow three fuel pods up to the mothership in 90 seconds. Don't waste any by refueling!
You'll find three fuel pods near to your starting location; to complete the snapshot, you'll need to tow each back to your mothership in turn, high above you. 90 seconds is quite tight, so make full use of your jetpod's boost to to speed your ascent, which you'll need all the more from the added weight of the fuel pods. Once you'll seen the shape of the cave's walls above you, you should be able to aim your jetpod such that you can avoid the walls while continuing to boost - and so minimize any fuel-wasting damage.
5. R.C. Pro-Am: Ammo Amass
Grab all 28 of the stars scattered around the track before the race ends!
Stars are the game's representation of ammunition pickups - but for this snapshot, you're simply interested in collecting all of the stars on the track, not their function. The snapshot has no requirement for your performance in the actual race, so you have plenty of time to collect all 28 stars, essentially just needing to complete a single lap (so that you can cover the full extent of the stars' locations) in the time that the other racers take to complete the entire course. Don't dawdle, but don't worry too much about speed - just focus on collecting all of the stars as you come across them in a single lap.
Here's a video demonstrating successful completion of the playlist:
