How to unlock the Little Cars, Big Ambitions achievement in Rare Replay - Definitive Guide

You will likely get this while working on the other achievements, however there is any easy 'cheat' method to do this.

Finish any race and just before you hit the finish line, pause and save the game (if you passed finish line, use rewind and then save). Now just keep loading that save and hitting the finish line. Repeat 99 times or as required.

Using the rewind function will not work.

You can do it with other achievement:

This achievement requires you to complete a cumulative total of 100 laps across all playthroughs of the game. You'll work a long way towards this in the course of your initial playthrough of the game's 24 tracks, but to complete the remaining laps, make a manual save a few seconds before crossing the line of any lap of a race. Now complete the lap, then reload the save and repeat until you reach the required 100 completed laps.

This can be combined with the "A White Flag With Black Squares..." achievement, as described above, to work towards both achievements at the same time. Also note that you can't use the rewind functionality to work towards the cumulative total.
