Very simple achievement to obtain. From the game's main menu, select Game Gallery. From here, scroll over to Solar Jetman and hit 
. At the next screen, hit once again. No need to actually play the game as the achievement unlocks during the loading screen for the game. Enjoy!

To skip the cutscene just quit the game and reopen it. It'll let you skip now.
