Best solution is to play Snapshot 1: Ammo Amass.

Good suggestion. You can take as long as you want doing it and have no pressure.
An alternative is Snapshot 3 -Cruise Control 1. At my first attempt on playing the game I won comfortably with an average speed of 94 because the course is very basic. 4 right handers with a right/left chicane and only 1 puddle (I think) and 1 oil spill. Brings back memories of Rock n Roll Racing

There is nothing wrong with Dude Rain's suggestion (I gave it a thumbs up myself), I'm just offering an alternative:
Snapshot 3 - Cruise Control 1. The course itself is very basic - 3 right handers, a right/left chicane and 1 final right hander and there's an oil spill and 1 puddle on the course. Just hold the throttle down and blast round the course, the AI has little hope of keeping up with you.
Note - I am currently waiting for the scan on my profile, that's why it says I haven't won it yet (08/08/15 21:55 GMT)

you're right, for some reason i found this one much easier and did it my first try.

Took me a few tries with the Ammo Amass snapshot but not too bad. I found if you set yourself up for steady straight line pickups (they are often arrayed in a row) so as to minimize backtracking you'll manage the time more efficiently.
