To unlock this achievement you need to talk to the DJ In the Big Bug Fun Club.
*Only Juno and Vela can access it.
You will have to wait until you are in free mode
The club itself is located on Ichor- perimeter area zone. You will need a blue key to get there. You will have to use the transform station to change into a bug to enter the club.

How long does it take to get to Free Mode?

Depends on your play style and how much you know about the game. I think I got there in 4 hours or so.
