If this is not unlocking for you, then go on the Xbox app and pull up Rare Replay under achievements. It unlocked instantly for me then. Weird, I know

What app are you talking about DYN0MITE DAVE?

Edit: Apparently the app you mentioned was actually the Official Club for Rare Replay as going there after playing it for the first time actually unlocked it, weird but I'm not complaining.

Opened Xbox App on my phone, went Rare Replay in my Game Library, and they popped on console immediately.
