How to unlock the Space Cowboy achievement in Rare Replay - Definitive Guide

Go to game options and turn infinite lives and rewind on but leave infinite time off. Wait for the time to end and fly yourself into the missile, repeat that 10 times to get to level 10. The missile comes from the alien base.

Brilliant solution working with rewind and a turret on the rover to rack up 200k points while waiting

The timer stops if you die so to save time use the rover, it won't take damage from most objects besides the missile so use it to hide. Then when you get the notification that the missile is coming hop out and head in the direction of of the alien base (top right arrow icon) and jump into the missile like the solution says. Saved a lot of time dodging and shooting debris this way.

to make sure you don’t muck it up save after each level just in case rover gets destroyed and rewind won’t let you go back far enough.

For those that don't know what to do it is not that difficult:

First, I suggest turning on all 3 of the cheats for this game to make it easier. Also, note that every time you enter the Rover your jetpack fuel is replenished. Finally, remember to use rewind cn_LT as much as possible as it will help you beat the later levels much easier.

The objective of the game is to blow up the different alien bases that are located throughout the game, more specifically the yellow satellites. Each base counts as one level, so you must blow up 10 alien bases for the achievement. The top right of the screen tells you where the bases is located, you must either drive left or right.

To make it easier carry the bomb with the Rover. To do this grab the bomb by pressing cn_B and hover over the tail of the rover and press cn_B again to let go of the bomb and it will land and stay on top of the Rover. To get the bomb from the Rover press cn_B.

To get to the bases you must get into the Moon Rover and drive to the bases. (don't forget the bomb). To do this, press the cn_Y button to get into the Moon Rover. You will notice gaps on the floor preventing you from going forward. to "fix" these gaps, get out of the rover and press cn_B until you are holding a pink bridge. Stand in the middle of the Rover for better results. With the bridge in hand, press cn_B once you are on top of the gap to seal the gap with the bridge.

Press cn_B until you are a holding a pink bridge? I'm doing that and nothing happens. I'm not seeing any bridge pieces to pick up either. You should be more clear on what to do because that stupid game is very annoying.

You need to be standing right in front of/on top of the rover and press B to get the pink bridge.

I just like to point out a way i did a couple of the harder levels. You dont need to blow up the base, you can shoot the missle down or simply run into it taking away one of your lives but you get 4 . So if theres too many gaps or base is far away just let time run out and take care if the missle.

By the way: You do not need to enter the rover to replenish your jetpack fuel. Standing in a certain spot in front of the rover works.

you an "glitch out" the gaps press cn_Y rapidli and hold cn_LSl or cn_LSr (in the direktion where the gap is) the moonrover glitches over the gab and you can move on and will be still save :)

Made a quick video guide of how to play Lunar Jetman. For this achievement you need to destroy 10 of the alien bases, in the video showed destroying 8 and 9 to show some of the harder ones, followed up by a fast way to get the remaining 200k points.

I found this was easiest if by starting the very first level, I didn't shoot anything. The enemy cap is around 8 units at a time and all units on the first level die when they hit the edge of the screen. Except for those stupid red bouncing balls, they just get to the other side and come back the other way a short time later. So I waited in my rover (With infinite time and lives or course) for all the enemies to convert to those stupid red things and then went and did what I needed too. Because they never die you won't have to deal with any other enemies for the remainder of the game! Also they eventually grouped up so all I had to do was wait and time my bombing strikes in between waves of red balls. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it's what I found works on my game.

Im going to explain an easy way to do this that doesnt require you to build any bridges, if you get out of the rover and walk a little bit forward and then get back in the rover you´ll move it a little bit forward, and so with this you wont have to build any bridges, and you´ll skip the gaps in the way

In Lunar Jetman you progress through levels with each alien base you destroy. In order to destroy an alien base you need to pick up a Bomb, drop it on your Rover, and drive the Rover to the nearest base. You can see the direction to go for the nearest base in the top-right of the screen where it says "alien base." When you reach the base you want to pick up the bomb and fly it over the base defenses and drop it on the central building. Doing so will progress you to the next level, and this must be done ten times.

As you are travelling on the moon you will surely come across potholes (they are also created when you destroy a base). Potholes stop your Rover from progressing, so you must fill them in with supplies from the Rover itself. While in front of the Rover press  to pick up supplies, and  again to drop them while standing over a hole. Fill the gaps completely and hop back in the Rover to move forward.

If you're having trouble, check out the video below to see all of the above being done:

For those who don’t know what to do, it’s not all that difficult:

Firstly, we turn on all the cheats (Endless Time and Infinite Lives) , which will make the passage much easier. And of course, don’t forget to use LT rewind as often as possible, which will make the game easier at later levels.

The goal of the game is to blow up the various alien bases that are located throughout the game, more specifically the yellow satellites. Each base counts as one level, so you need to blow up 10 alien bases to get the achievement. The top right corner of the screen shows where the base is located. Move left or right.
The easiest way is to carry a bomb on a Rover . To do this, select a bomb by pressing and land on the back of the Rover and press again to let her go.

To get to the bases you must get into the lunar rover and move towards them. (Don't forget the bomb). To do this, press the button to board the lunar rover. There are also voids on the ground that prevent you from moving forward. To “correct” these gaps, exit the rover and press until we fill it. It's best to stand in the middle of the Rover for faster execution.
