Open up and start both Viva pinata and Viva pinata trouble in paradise, no need to actually play the game, during the loading screen of the game you can just exit, it will still count!

You need to open the games in the Rare Replay game menu and the console will open the Xbox 360 version. Once the start screen has loaded up, hold the menu button to return to the Rare Replay version, and then hold it again to quit the game back to the game menu. The achievement should then pop. Takes a few minutes all in all :)

To get this achievement as well as every other "sample" achievement in this collection, you simply have to start the specific games of the series once. As soon as the game loads up you have "sampled" it, no need to actually play the game. Edit: You have to launch all the games directly from the game gallery within Rare Replay (thx to PuRe Pretzel for pointing this out)

This is a worthless solution. Doesn't even tell you what games you need to play. Just lazy copy/paste.

Just be happy you don't have to crate every breed, it was a pain on the 360....but I would do it again

I do agree it's a lazy effort, but if you can't figure out what games to play for an achievement titled "Sample every Viva Pinata game" then you probably fail at everything in life. It's a pretty safe bet that you have to PLAY EVERY VIVA PINATA GAME

Rare Replay includes two games in the Viva Piñata series, centring around a garden cultivation objective. To unlock this achievement, you simply need to start up these two games (not the snapshots) for the first time:

  • Viva Piñata
  • Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise
