How to unlock the The Professor's Memoirs achievement in Rare Replay - Definitive Guide

Simply start up both Battle Toads and Battle Toads Arcade from the gallery, you do not need to play them, just start them up and during the loading screen you can quit, it will still count.

You need to open the games in the Rare Replay game menu and the console will open the Xbox 360 version. Once the start screen has loaded up, hold the menu button to return to the Rare Replay version, and then hold it again to quit the game back to the game menu. The achievement should then pop. Takes a few minutes all in all :)

Rare Replay includes two games starring the trio of anthropmorphic toads, styled along the lines of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. To unlock this achievement, you simply need to start up these two games (not the snapshots) for the first time:

  • Battletoads
  • Battletoads Arcade
