How to unlock the They Came From Outer Space achievement in Rare Replay - Definitive Guide

There are a total of 5 snapshots for this game, as follows:

1 - Just hold cn_A and move back and forth without getting hit by an enemy. Easily kill 10 enemies, and you're also allowed to die early if you can't survive.
2 - Just fly around the map and make sure you are shooting enemies to clear the screen. Pick up and deliver 3 fuel to beat it.
3 - Put together the ship by delivering the first two pieces, and then pick up 6 fuel to fill it up which will let you blast off. Do it as fast as possible without dying.
4 - A wraparound is completed when the player crosses one side of the screen and comes out on the other side. Do this 5 times for the snapshot. Just make sure you are always shooting, and watch out for spawning enemies.
5 - You must collect 6 fuel without using your gun. Although a bit tough, you just need to be patient and look for large gaps in enemy patterns. Don't force something if it's not there, and stay in the most open and safe zones when possible. This is completed after blasting off.

I have done all 5 of these each showing completed, achievement progress is only at 80% though cry

One of the the snapshots, I believe the 2nd one, says as fast as you can in the description, perhaps it completes no matter what as long as you collect 3 fuel pods but only unlocks the stamp if you are under a certain amount of time? Im not sure though, just a thought.

Tip for 5. When you collect the fuel try to drop it off by getting right beside ship instead of dropping it from height as it goes much slower and you spend more time evaiding wgen not needed

#5 was the hardest one. It was such BS.
As for Sy... did you do all of them separately in the Screenshots menu for the game?

Tip for 5, just hug the top of the screen as its easy to avoid the aliens and also easy to collect the fuel, until you have to blast off at the end.

I feel the opposite, i stayed on the ground and the middle platform the whole time. The way they bounce will get predictable.

Yep same as SyBernator, I got all 5 completed yet my achievement is at 80% so I don't know?
Tried to go back through them a 2nd time but #5 is being a bitch angry
All was done in the snapshot area

For snapshot 5, I stayed as much as I can on the top right platform, many missiles (?) won't reach it, you can see of they come from the left. But be quick if they come from the right, if you're lucky you'll be able to escape.

Shows I completed all 5 Snapshots but no achievement pops. Tried replaying one of them and still nothing. Great guide though.

I have completed all 5 snapshots, but the achievement is stuck at 80% any ideas?
EDIT:
I replayed the first 3 snapshots and increased my highscore. It unlocked then.

Agree with some previous comments that sticking to the top right platform on number 5 makes it easier

Jetpac has a total of five snapshots to be completed, all of which are relatively simple. Check the video and/or text guide below for tips on each snapshot.

Snapshot 1
The first snapshot is quite easy, you must simply defeat 10 enemies in under 30 seconds. After popping 10 bubbles I suggest going on the defensive to avoid dying and having to start over.

Snapshot 2
Snapshot two tasks you with fueling up the ship and blasting off. This is no different from the full game, so if you've done the full game first this should be a cake walk.

Snapshot 3
This snapshot takes the snapshot two one step further, having you build your ship before refueling and blasting off. The trick here is that you must do so in under 60 seconds! Remember that you fall faster than fuel does, so the lower you are to the ground when you drop off the fuel (and ship parts), the better. 

Snapshot 4
Finally something actually different! For this snapshot you need to fly to the right while avoiding enemies. Each time you hit the right side of the screen you will loop around to the left, so be wary of the enemies at the edges of the screen. Loop around five times and you're done!

Snapshot 5
The final snapshot has you fueling up the ship to blast off, only this time you have no gun! Avoid the enemies as best you can and collect the fuel.
