How to unlock the Unbridled Curiosity achievement in Rare Replay - Definitive Guide

Super easy way to get this achievement. Just get into the rover, press cn_Y and just move one direction and as soon as you meet a gap in the road just turn around until you meet another gap and repeat as needed. This way you're not taking any risks by getting out of the rover and cannot take damage.Should only take a couple rounds of playing.

Just adding that turning on infinite time makes this even easier.

for this achievement you must get into the Moon Rover and basically drive to the different alien bases throughout the game. To do this, press the cn_Y button to get into the Moon Rover. You will notice gaps on the floor preventing you from going forward. to "fix" these gaps, get out of the rover and press cn_B until you are holding a pink bridge. with the bridge in hand, press cn_B once you are on top of the gap to seal the gap with the bridge. continue on "fixing" the gaps on your way to the alien bases and you will soon unlock the achievement.

While trying to figure out how to fix the broken road, I discovered a simple way to get past the broken road. Get out of the rover when u find a need a to fix the road, move just a fraction ahead of the rover (like from the door to the fender), then get back in the rover. It moves ahead past the hole. Much easier than dealing with those baddies while trying to fix the hole in the road (which I have yet to figure out).

This achievement is cumulative and will come naturally as you work your way towards 200,000 points in the full game.

The distance traveled must be done in the Rover, and each second is roughly 1 "Moon Unit," so this will come relatively quickly as you travel along the Moon's surface.

Super easy way to get this achievement. Get into the Rover by pressing a button and moving in one direction. As soon as we meet a gap in the ground along the way, we turn around to the next gap and repeat the same thing.
It only takes a couple of runs in the game to complete.
