Thanks for the guide, this is the worst game in Rare Replay imo, I don't think I'm going to be able to do the Milestones but at least this helped with the snapshots. I hate this game.

I didn't like the game, but it's a lot better than Underwurlde.

Great guide, thank you. Underwurlde is the worst, not even going to bother with that game.

Tips for last one please. Seems to be totally luck of spawns and whether you get to a blue flower at the right time. :(

The rhino is not always near the end so, the flowers aren't necessary to beat the challenge. If you make it to the end and the rhino is blocking your path, backtrack until you see the little green sprouts where flowers come out of. Leaving the frame and coming back, seems to help spawn a flower as well. Hope that helps!

By the way, the german Version for the 4th snapchot says you have to get past 15 Screens. But its also just 10.

Never mind, just worked it out. The controls go into reverse on the second flower. Is that normal? First time I have played Sabrewolf snaps as the game is pants!

On the fifth snap shot the enemy spawns are completely different for me. I cannot get through it when some enemies either spawn under me or hit me multiple times before I get up

I seem to be experiencing a weird glitch on Snap 3. Each time I collet the second flower (The purple one) I lose control of my character and it just either sticks in the side of the screen or falls down to the first level and I can't move him?

In the third snapshot, I found it much easier to run straight past the third room, going straight up and getting the flower in that room instead. It is super easy to get into that room if you dash right through with your purple flower effect.

The snapshots provide 'bite-sized' challenge in a pre-defined scenario in the game, accessible via the snapshots section of the Rare Replay interface. You cannot use the rewind feature or any other cheats when attempting these.

There are five snapshots to complete, which are as follows:

1. Rumble in the Jungle
Show nature who's boss! Score 5000 points in 60 seconds.

This snapshot is fairly straightforward - just move from screen to screen, continuously holding down the attack button to kill the creatures for points, and of course, collect any treasure that you might come across for a small bonus. One thing to bear in mind is that staying on one screen for too long will eventually see a fire starting, which kill Sabreman on contact - though as you begin with nine lives, deaths aren't a major obstacle, and you cancomplete the snapshot without leaving the starting screen.

2. Kick the Bouquet
Orchids won't wear off! Find a white cure orchid while avoiding the yellow kind.

Here, Sabreman begins under the effects of a turquoise orchid, meaning that he's invulnerable and moves at high speed. You'll need to locate a white orchid to complete the snapshot, but as you can't die this is just a matter of time.

3. Flower Power
Collect three orchids from three different jungle locations as quickly as possible.

The starting screen has the first orchid spawn location, which should see an orchid appearing within a second or two. After this, the two screens immediately upwards also have spawn locations. However, you may find that orchids take longer to spawn here, which can be long enough for fires to appear - and as dying will fail the snapshot, these can be problematic. However, if you're waiting this long, just leave the screen and return; alternatively, you can just keep exploring for other spawn locations, which are plentiful.

4. Intrepid Explorer
Visit at least ten different screens without losing a life.

This is another snapshot where you can't afford to die, so take care around hippos/rhinos and natives. There's no time limit here, so you can afford to take a bit of time to fend off these enemies and gradually progress forwards to newly-explored screens (though as always, don't take too long or fires will appear).

5. Going Under
You've assembled the ACG amulet! Make it to the Underwurld without losing four lives.

The final snapshot sees you with four lives to reach the exit from your starting position - so you have some scope for deaths without failing. To reach the exit, you'll need to go down, following the path until you reach the screen with six exits, then leave here to the lower-left, go left again and down to another area with six exits. From here, go straight down and follow the path until you reach a cave entrance, then enter the cave to find the exit.
