I would recommend defeating the Mothership on Damosel-Orbit (Giant-Clank Stage on Damosel) to obtain the Mapper.
Beating the first Race on Joba to obtain the Charge Boots.
Last but not least, getting the RYNO II.
With these 3 things, you can do it easy.
The Mapper shows you the exact locations of all the Crystals on the Map (
or 
).
With the Charge Boots, you can charge (Double press
[Hold R1 for continues Boost]).
With the RYNO II you can kind of easy get rid of the Enemies there.
It is possible to get it without all of this, but this is making it as easy as possible.
Now just locate all the Crystals, rush to them and try to get all of them.
Note: Many of them are Large Flying Enemies that drop one, when defeated.
The good thing is, you won't lose them, when you die.
