How to unlock the Keep the Temperature Low achievement in Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal - Definitive Guide

The snowman skin is a purchaseable extra under the Secrets menu in the Pause menu. To get it, you have to have 6 Titanium Bolts (found throughout the worlds as you explore). Once you do, select the Snowman Skin and press X to purchase it. The trophy will then unlock.

The Snowman costume can be purchased through the pause menu -> Special -> Skins. It costs 6 Titanium bolts.

To buy a suit you need 4 titanium bolts, not 6.
