Keep in mind this is NOT cumulative and you have to have 1 million ON HAND in order for this to unlock. This is extremely simple in Challenge Mode, which you get after beating the game. Not only do you keep your weapons and bolts but you also get a bolt multiplier depending on your enemy kill chain. Not only that but the challenges all have their rewards multiplied by 10, making that pathetically easy 8K challenge become a pathetically easy 80K challenge.

Once you have 1 Million Bolts or higher, you'll unlock the trophy.
