With General Azimuth's help in Axiom City, Ratchet learns of an Obsidian Eye that will allow him to contact Clank once more. This is a basic plot mission of the story so it is going to require you simply proceeding through the mission objectives. The main bit that caused me problems was the Tetramites or whatever they're called. When you get the Omnisoaker and can pull in the nectar that they love, be sure to use it often.
Eventually, when you have to drop down to operate a bridge to the Temple of the Zoni (there will be blue symbols on the ceiling, to know when you're getting close), you will drop down into a bit of water. Behind you will be a Hydroplant (that requires being doused to work) and a flower for some honey. Make sure you shoot two drops of honey out, as those little suckers can go through one drop within the same amount of time that it may take you to crank the bridge up. It is just a safety precaution to use two, but you can try with one if you want. After that, hop back up and proceed over the bridge, and you should get a cutscene progressing the story.
