Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time

The strategy for this is the same as the Silver: hold back doing the optional tournaments until you've completed the game. Once you have, turn the difficulty down to the lowest (Casual) and you will breeze through the tournaments with your Lv.5 weaponry.
