-( Story related, cannot be missed )-
After seeing Clank with the Obsidian Eye and rescuing Quark from the Agorians, you are able to focus on meeting Orvus on Tombli Outpost. This will, of course, have you jump back and forth through time, as well as taking care of a lot of Nefarious's bots. You will have to use the Omnisoaker in the present to obtain some oil and take it back into the past, but don't worry: it's all pretty linear on how you find it. Eventually, when you soak the rusted gear in oil and can crank it, just cross the bridge to obtain the trophy.
