In desiring assistance against Lord Vorselon and Dr. Nefarious, you learn of General Azimuth's location. In proceeding there, you will eventually acquire the Hoverboots. After a brief tutorial session, you will have to prove your mastery by taking Azimuth's hoverboot trial. Simply run the course in under 59 seconds (under 40 for a skill point) to complete the necessary story obstacle and unlock this trophy.
You will have to run through this course possibly two other times (one for a Zoni after the test, and then one for a Gold Bolt). Either go ahead and try to get it now, or come back later when you obtain the Treasure Map (Round 4 of the Raritanium Cup) to locate the Gold Bolt.
