How to unlock the Quantum Mechanic achievement in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Definitive Guide

On the third planet where you play as
for the first time, you will come across a rift as part of the story. Simply access it and Clank will start a puzzle to fix it.

Note: you do not actually have to finish it for the trophy as you can skip the puzzle and still receive the trophy if you wish.
