The first Gold Bolt you can obtain is on Corson V. Complete the story main mission so you are able to Phantom Dash.
The gold Bolt is on the right side of the map, you can track it by hovering over it and pressing X on the map.
Go to the area, use the bolt trampoline and you can phantom dash off the ledge and around the corner for your first gold bolt!
