You need to complete Awaken the Spirit quest from Forest Deity located to the left of the Witch house.
After that you need to activate the statues around the area, when activated the statue will glow.
After that you need to activate the statues around the area, when activated the statue will glow.

This appears to be glitched. Completed and turned quest in but didn't get the achievement.

Glitched for me too. Just completed it, and no pop. I quit the game to the dashboard, then continued the game and it popped when the game loaded. Hope that helps.

The, Pants, Party
This side-quest can be accepted from the giant stone head next to the witch's house. You will need to interact with five stones around the witch's house and the path on the previous screen that led to it. They are all quite obvious, but you can follow the video below if you need help finding them.
