To collect each figurine, you have to Dance near it (hold until the figurine disappears). These are not in gameplay order. The person who did the video seems to have beaten everything and just went back to collect the figurines, out of order. If you want the list in story order click spoiler
1. Victorian House, Gazebo outside
2. Cliff overlooking the Labyrinth, near Nestor the Cat
3. Mushroom Forest, Witch's House, bedroom up ladder
4. Mushroom Forest, Witch's House, outside next to Artorius the Collector
5. Mushroom Forest, first section by the log, kill enemy to see it better
REWARD for turning in 5 figurines to Artorius the Collector (250 coins, Small Health Potion x2, Fire Bomb x2, Ice Bomb x1)
6. Mushroom Forest, Deer Lake, on top of a plant left of the cave
7. Tea Party, in small teacup on left side
8. Tea Party, Hydra's Nest, broken teacup on right side of cliff
9. Mask Mansion, top floor right side forward corner (walk toward you)
10. Mask Mansion, top floor all the way up the main hallway to the workshop, right rear corner... need disguise to get past the Panda Bouncer first
