In the main hallway when you enter the castle, you'll see a tall doorway on either side close to the entrance. Enter the one on the left and interact with the guards at the table at the far end. Go back out and interact with the locked door at the end of the main hallway.
To unlock this door, we need 4 cards. There are two switches on each side with a unique playing card suit on each. Select one of them, and enter the doorway on the same side as the switch. Defeat the enemies and you'll get the corresponding card. Repeat this for the other 3 switches and then place the cards in the slots on the door.

If for any reason you quit to home or completely quit the game while the Queen is talking before the final boss fights start, you'll be back into the Queen's chamber but the cutscene needed to start the final boss fights won't start until you head out of the room and go back into the Queen's chamber. Keep in mind this achievement doesn't actually unlock until you enter the Queen's chamber.
