How to unlock the Glimmer of Hope achievement in Ravenlok - Definitive Guide

In the mansion, right after having access through the mask, at the top of the mansion there will be a path to a panda bear, before him there is an entrance on the left that gives access to the puzzle, sequence: Red top hat, green gear, blue scissors. return the mission to the rabbit and then the achievement will pop.

Obie the Elder is the black bunny (on the chair) in Soot Bunnies' Basement (you can teleport there).

Just ran through the start of the game again, up to this point, and the 'chieve popped. A little less than an hour, I reckon.

I am an idiot - who am I suppose to turn this quest into? Whenever I try to talk to the soot bunnie in the basement, he isn't taking it. Not sure who else I could turn this into

The one on the left, not the one at the back (the elder, not the leader). Just talk to all of them. You'll find him eventually.

Thought that it glitched, but in fact I never even started the quest. As I already collected the Emblem, I was able to start and end the quest after finishing the game

Top hat on red background in shield shaped frame, ground floor, back of entrance hall above right hand corridor.
Scissors on blue background, same frame. Upstairs corridor on right hand wall w other pictures, past the first door (I think).
Cog on green, same frame again, up central stairs, turn left, up next stairs. On wall of balcony facing you.

This side-quest is started by speaking to Obie the Elder in the basement of the mansion. You will need to head upstairs and follow the left path right before the panda bear who blocks your way during the story. Interact with the cube there are input the code: Red Top Hat, Green Gear, Blue Scissors to unlock the wall panel and get the shining emblem. Return to Obie to complete the quest and unlock the achievement.
