Once you get to the part of the story where you meet (Enid the Witch). Enter the Witches house behind her and go upstairs. Walk over to the bed on the left hand side and interact with the bed to sleep in it. Doing this will also heal your character back to max HP.

Totally missed this initially, seeing as, for some reason, you cannot enter the bed from the top side of the screen / side with the purple pillow on??

The, Pants, Party
Inside the witch's house which you will come to as part of the story early on, you can climb the ladder on the right to go upstairs and use her bed to refill your health, as well as unlocking this achievement.
