ok I got 1 star (at least) in everything and this did not unlock. Looks like you have to hit all of the multi-level games to 1 star on each level as well. Annoying, but there it is.
When I unlock this, I'll update it.
Edit: OK I did it, and you do have to do all the levels of the multi-level games. However, my copy had some 'bonus content' on the Rabbid in the Hole game; those 2 levels I did not have to do. They are the 2 levels after the 'teleport' level.

Glad to hear the Bonus Content isn't needed. The Exclusive Content menu item no longer works; it probably depended on uPlay.
There's also a uPlay level, No Hands, after Teleportation. That probably is also unnecessary. I hope so, since it can't be unlocked now either. I will come back to confirm if I can get 1 Star in everything else.

Just got 1 star in everything. Should get 3 stars once my friend comes over hopefully tomorrow. A few of the minigames require 2 people to get 3 stars because the 3 star cap is so high.
