Big Brother game is one of mini-games that you can easily find in Quickplay.
I believe to unlock this achievement every 6 of you must stay in kinect visible range and everyone must moving at the exact same time and score points. It will trigger achievement.
I've got it after a couple tries, so don't worry if it does not work first time. Keep trying. Achievement do not glitched.
ps I had unlocked it offline because i was at friend's house and his xbox was offline.

does it matter if you select 1 player or 3/4 players on the menu where you can select how many players there is?
