In quick-play, select the Rabbid-o-matic game.
The goal for the game is to get the rabbit to walk into as many obstacles as possible, however this achievement requires the opposite. You do this by positioning yourself and then making the noise so the rabbit walks towards you.
I found this quite tricky at first however the link below shows you a good route to take (apologies for it being in Spanish, I couldn't find an English version)

The path the video shows helps. Took a few tries, and time ran out once, but I got it!
