If you have already set up a uPlay account in any of the other Xbox 360 games with uPlay compatibility, this achievement will automatically unlock when you reach the Headquarters (main menu) screen.
If you haven't set up a uPlay account, press X when you reach the Headquarters screen. Select Register Now. Your Username and Email will already be filled in.
