Level 14 specifically seems to have a glitch, I had to switch some of the mirrors positions with each other even with the correct solution to get the last one to reflect properly.

This new TU is NOT retroactive. Luckily if you have already beat the game you can select Continue from the main menu and choose the level you need to beat for any of the new achievements.
