This secret achievement is for dying 20 times in the same level. You can get this right away without having to unlock any levels since 2-1 is available from the start. Therefore, choose level 2-1 and progress through the level until the area where you do walljumps. Make it past this section and past a few bouncy things but then just let your character run and fall into a small gap below directly after that part. Now that you have died once, rinse and repeat 19 more times on the same level to get the achievement!

It's also much more efficient to beat level 2-1 and do this achievement on 2-2. 2-1 requires you get half way through the level before you can kill yourself, 2-2 happens right at the start - just click to start and watch him walk into spikes.

This achievement will most certainly come without trying, probably during one of the bonus missions, where frequent death is a given. However, if you want to get it out of the way early, load up level 3-1. Progress through normally, then you will come to an air vent. Don't jump and just fall down into the abyss. You will restart at the beginning of the level. Rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
