How to unlock the Sooo rich! achievement in Rayman Legends - Definitive Guide
Keep in mind that it hands out the challenge rewards only once the challenges expire, so you have to come back the next day before it gives you anything. You may need to spend some time playing before the game decides to give you your prize, so while you wait for it just play the new day's challenges.
If you want to grind this out all at once on a particular level, I'd still recommend replaying the challenges over and over. You earn plenty of lums running through them, and if you get good enough to earn a diamond trophy, you'll get the maximum reward.
On top of doing the daily and weekly challenges to try to get gold or diamond, I found that the Mariachi Madness level was a good level to grind some lums out.
With loading screens and everything, it should take you about 2 minutes to gather about 700 lums if you're able to get all of the lums in order. I didn't find the level to be too hard, especially after a few tries.
So in about an hour you can grind out about 21,000 lums. It doesn't seem like a whole lot but I've spent close to an hour trying to get diamonds on the challenges and it rewards you with about 20,000 lums as well.
But if you are going for the level 11 Awesomeness achievement, I would hold off on grinding out lums however. You will get way over 1,000,000 lums in trying to go for level 11. This is an alternative to getting some quick lums if you're not looking to spend the next few months trying to complete the game.
I hope you enjoyed "Eye of the Tiger" while you could. After this grind you probably wont like it anymore.
Go to the first Boss with two Players and after you beat him the Outro will start. Then destroy the Words on the Screen and you can get 999 Lums. Exchange to the second Player and get also 999 Lums.
Now you can quit the Outro and get 1998 Lums!
If you play a lot of Ubisoft games you can get an additional 30,000 lums by signing up with https://club.ubisoft.com
You earn Club Ubisoft Reward points by playing Ubisoft games. Under your profile on the website, go to your games, open Raymen Legends and there is a rewards tab. Under Rewards, you can buy up to 30,000 lums by spending 100 Ubisoft reward points.
I got my points from playing Rayman, Assassin's Creed, Ghost Recon etc. Sign up and see how much you have.
I dont know if this helps, but i farmed my lums at the music level with eye of the tiger. It's in fiesta de los muertos and at the end of the hallway the Mariachi Madness. It's about 30.000 lums an hour.
Also here is an link to a video that may help you if you have problems with the level -
There's a couple ways to make it the rest of the way, and neither of them are necessarily fast.
You should have access to two daily challenges and two weekly challenges after completing the game. You might have seen them at one point playing the game: It's a big-ass sign that says "Challenges" on it. Once you get the rhythm of completing these competitive challenges, you should be able to score silver and gold on a pretty consistent basis. However, it is difficult to calculate an average as to when one might finish -- the higher trophies you win every week/day and how often you sign in is a big play factor. Not necessarily how long you play the game.
There was a couple moments when some variation of OCD kicked in and I wanted to get my lums to round up to a prettier number and quickly -- I found myself playing Mariachi Madness until I could no longer stomach the song. It's of the faster of grinds I've discovered -- an easy 698 - 708 lums in like, under two minutes
I just made it a routine to wake up a couple minutes before work, turn on the Playstation, pick up the lums from the challenge for the day before, do the new challenge, go to work, come home, sleep -- wash and repeat.
This will take some time and a fair bit of grinding. After completing the game fully you should have around 500,000 lums! You do receive bonuses for completing daily challenges, and make sure to visit the creatures painting daily as the creatures you found in the Lucky Tickets give you a set amount of lums per day. If you have them all they give you 1000 lums. You may get this naturally whilst going for Truly awesome!
If you'd like you can play through your favourite levels repeatedly until you reach your target. A good level for that is the last level in Olympus Maximus, A Cloud of Darkness. This level includes the credits, and by smashing those you can get 999 lums very quickly. Sadly 999 lums is the most you can get in one level so you'd need to then skip the credits and replay the level again.
You can earn a bunch by going into the uplay store, and buying all the reward program points (that's a little over 20 thousand).
You can then do one of two things.
A. Play challenges every day and earn lums for that, you'll likely have to do this anyways to earn
B. Obsessively replay levels earning a max of 999 lums a level (A Cloud of Darkness in Olympus Maximus does this well). At that rate you'll be playing about 500 extra missions.
By completing 100% of the game, including the “Back to Origins” paintings and by gathering the creatures’ loot every day, you should have more than 500,000 lums. That means you will have to collect lums from the daily and weekly challenges. It is also possible to earn the million lums by replaying the completed levels, but it is a waste of time if you are planning on reaching the final level of Awesomeness.
A great level to farm lums is the last level in the "Olympus Maximus" World painting as you get a free 999 lums at the end of the level. Still, it’s faster if you complete daily and weekly challenges.
That after defeating the last boss, you can knock out lums from the letters of the credits. The fact is that after this victory, you can replay any other boss, except for the bosses from Back to Origins, and after each there will be credits, a maximum of which you can knock out 999 lums. Still, the other bosses are many times lighter than this terrible smoke.
