This achievement can be earned throughout the playthrough of the game. It requires you to ground pound 50 enemies. To do so, simply jump above an enemy then move the LS or D-pad down and press A. This will cause you to come crashing down on your enemies and feel super awesome! Doing this 50 times will net you this 15G achievement!

These instructions seem to be for Playstation. The button on Xbox is "X"

Yes. The default for attack button is X;
