According to all logic once you made an achievement list it has to be kept like it is.

For instance: you cannot say today for Serious 3.0 all you need is 5000 kills and finish the game on Insane and that is it. No. It is all the things mentioned and no change. Anyone who scored the super easy achievements (me included) got away with no consequences.
