Load into the mission of your preference but Thank You Come Again will be the easiest. Enter the mission with whatever load out you want, you won't be using it. If you are choosing a mission other than Thank You Come Again it would be a good idea to edit the equipment and especially the deployable of your NPC squad. Now you just have to complete the mission without using any of your equipment, no shooting, no using the mirror stick, nothing. Luckily you can order your team to do all of that for you. So now you just complete the mission using the right bumper commands to tell your squad what to do.
Personally I went a bit excessive with it. I didn't even open any doors, I ordered my squad to do everything and only interacted with the necessary mission objectives you have to hit "A" on. The AI squad was plenty competent on standard difficulty and handled all the combat just fine. Just keep using the right bumper commands and you'll be done in no time. The achievement will pop at the end of mission screen.
Edit: At the start of the mission, as a way to remind yourself to not use equipment, you might want to press down on the d-pad so you put your gun into the low ready position. You shouldn't be raising your gun or swapping out from it at any time. You can open doors and yell at people.

Followed Old Willy Pete's guide, I also tried using the (A) button for commands. At one point I accidentally opened a door by pressing (A) while yelling at a suspect. I still got the achievement, so at this time I can confirm you can yell commands at suspects and civilians, and also open atleast one door without it voiding the achievement.

@SeaOdeEEE Yeah, I should have been more clear about that. You can open doors, you can interact with things, and shout at people. As long as you aren't shooting, using any of your equipment like grenades or the mirrorgun, you'll be fine. I just personally went overboard and treated it like an RTS game.
