Ready or Not

Pretty straight forward, at the precinct, you press and hold the select button and a menu of your officers will show up, select the officer with the kicker trait, and to unlock the traits. You must play that A.I officer in your squad on a few missions and it will unlock. Then select two officers with the trait unlocked on each and then you can kick a door and it should pop.
