In the indoor pool room near the outside pool, there is a shower room on the right hand side. On the back wall of the shower room is a wall with a big red square painted on it. Place C2 on the wall and blow it open and Viola! Achievement unlocked!

Make sure your character is carrying at least one C2 charge, then load up the level "Thee Letter Triad".
You'll eventually find an (obviously empty) indoor pool. I say eventually, as this depends on which entry point you selected. There's some kind of biological container/device on a white table in the same room, if that helps with locating the pool in your mind. There should also be a bunch of suspects in here, so move on only after you've cleared the area.
On one of the pool room's long sides, there's a room which contains a series of showers. Get in that room and look around for a wall with a red marking, the one that has some numbers on the bottom right. The other, more artistic marking doesn't serve any purpose for this achievement. Face the marking on wall, take a couple steps back, take out your C2 and look slightly up for the contextual prompt to press
and place the charge. Make sure everybody is clear and blow it with 
. That's the achievement.
P.S. You can take a look in the room if you've brought your Mirrorgun with you, by standing in front of the opening you just made, looking straight up and holding down. If you're interested, you can look up the MLO lore in Ready or Not's universe.
