Notes:
- Must be done in single player.
- Must be done in Quick Play.
- The first mission is recommended.
Step 1
Issue the order hold for your squad.
Step 2
Go find a civilian away from your squad's line of sight.
Step 3
Eliminate the civilian (guessing now I'm in some sort of watch list for typing this).
Step 4
Your rb command will change to "Kill me". Press it and the cheevo should pop up.

Load up any mission- Easiest to do on the first mission, "Thank you, come again."
Order your squad to hold out in the parking lot
Enter the gas station through the front door- Deal with any threats in the store, arrest them, or use lethal force
Your goal is to find a civilian and cuff them.
Upon killing the civilian, execution style. You will be giving the secret command for your squad to kill you.
Once you order your squad to kill you, the achievement is yours.
Note, this can easily be done on casual but you may need to kill multiple cuffed civilians before unlocking the "Kill me" order. You may also not need to cuff them first. However, when I did this, I had killed 2 uncuffed civilians, one on their knees, one standing, and didn't get the order. Upon my killing the 3rd civilian that I restrained, I was able to issue the order to my squad.

Funny thing is I equipped all officers with pepper guns and non lethal guns that they could not kill me. It was like watching a 4 dudes bully the leader with airsoft guns

Pretty simple.
Find an innocent and have your team stack up in a different room ( so they can't shoot you right away )
Then kill the civilian, click the issue command button, and press 1 to issue your team to kill you. The achievement should pop even without the AI team killing you.
